Bitmap Vectorizer * is a free tool for tracing bitmap images (jpeg, jpg or png) and transforming them into vector formats (svg, silverlight xaml or wpf xaml). The tool executes on the client computer so your images will never be send to a server and leave your computer.
Bitmap Vectorizer is open source and free, offered under MIT open source license. By using this tool you agree with this license.
Once you generate vector image preview you can use mouse wheel to zoom in the image.
